Entering Events on Website

If any of our members want to add an event to the site then this needs to be submitted to Fred Bateman to administrate it by creating a new event. He needs the following details:

Title of Event
Start Date and Time of Event
End date and Time of Event
Venue of Event
Address – include post code if possible
Cost of Event
Contact Name
Phone or email for contact
Summary of Event – what it is.

The earlier these details are submitted the greater chance of visitors viewing and attending the event. So please submit early.
