What to do if you have lost your password!
Note: This will not work if you have not been set up as a Member of the site.
Your username is still valid so please go to the Members' logon Page and click on the underlined Lost your password, which is at the bottom of the Box, see picture.
Now enter your Email address in the box and click on Get New Password, see picture:
This will send you a link, by email to create a new your password. Click on this link which is at the bottom of the email that you have just received, see picture.
It will now take you to a box for entering your new password, see picture. Enter your new password into the boxes.
Your password will now be reset and you should see information saying this – see picture below:
